Who We Are

What We Collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit an estimate request or contact form that is your name, phone number, email address, the project address or city, the project type and budget range you select, and whatever you write in the message field.
What we record with an enquiry
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we also record the IP address it came from, the approximate city and region that address is registered to, your browser and device type, the page the form was on, the pages you looked at on this site during that visit, and the search or advertisement that brought you here. We use it to answer you, to tell a real enquiry from an automated one, and to understand which advertising is working. We do not sell it and we do not share it with advertisers. It is kept and deleted on the same terms as the rest of your enquiry.
Why We Collect It
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the subcontractors and suppliers who need it to perform work you have asked for, and where the law requires disclosure.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a project proceeds, for the period required for contractual, warranty, insurance and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing Eric@PattersonAndSonsInc.com.
Cookies And Analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party advertising trackers. Any measurement we use is limited to understanding which pages are visited so we can improve the site.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
